A worked example for a single lab
Take a single-room lab on the Basic plan, paid yearly. Twelve months at PKR 4,900 comes to PKR 58,800 for the entire first year — and the same again after that, because there is no setup fee and nothing one-time to add.
Paid monthly instead, the same first year is 7,000 × 12 = PKR 84,000 — which is why yearly billing is the cheaper route once the demo has convinced you. What determines lab software pricing

Staff seats
Basic includes 3 staff accounts; Premium includes unlimited. Roles for admin, reception, technician and doctor come with every plan — access control is not an add-on.
Report volume
The one genuinely metered line. Basic covers up to 300 reports a month; Medium and Premium are unlimited. There is no per-report fee at any tier.
Branches
Basic and Medium price a single lab. Branch networks run on Premium from PKR 25,000, tailored to the size of the network — multi-branch management keeps every branch in one account with unlimited branches.
Support
WhatsApp and email support, 7 days a week, in English and Urdu, is included on every plan; Premium adds priority support. Nothing is billed by the ticket.
Hosting
Cloud hosting, TLS encryption and encrypted backups sit inside the plan price. The software runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone — there is no server to buy, license or air-condition.

What does the first year cost in total?
On the Basic plan paid yearly: twelve months at PKR 4,900 comes to 58,800, with no setup fee — PKR 63,800 for the entire first year. From the second year it drops to 58,800, because the setup charge never repeats. Paid monthly, the same first year is PKR 89,000.
Is there a setup or installation fee?
No. There is no setup, onboarding or installation charge — configuring your lab, loading your test catalogue and getting you live is included in the plan price, and there are no recurring maintenance fees either. Data migration from Excel or an older system is the only extra: free on Premium, a small one-time cost on other plans.
How much does it cost for multiple branches?

Does the price rise as my report volume grows?
Within a plan, no — there are no per-report fees at any tier. The Basic plan covers up to 300 reports a month, which suits most single-room labs; if you regularly cross that, the move is to Medium at PKR 15,000 per month, where reports are unlimited. Beyond that, volume never changes your bill.
