Can you migrate my existing patient records?
Yes. Our team imports your existing Excel sheets or database free of charge on the Premium plan, and at a small one-time cost on other plans. Ask us when requesting your quote.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes — the Premium plan supports multiple branches. Patients, orders and invoices are tagged to their branch, and you manage all branches from one account.
Do you support home sample collection?
Yes. Book doorstep collections from a dedicated Home Collection screen — record the patient (or a phone caller not yet registered), address, requested tests, visit time and collector, then track each booking from pending to scheduled to collected.
