The order things happen in
- 1Use it free for 7 days. Every feature unlocked, up to 10 patients, no card. Register a patient, enter results, print a report on your own letterhead. Start the demo — you pay nothing at this stage.
- 2Pick your plan. Prices are published on the pricing page and below. If you are not sure, message us and describe your lab — we will tell you which one fits, including when the cheaper one is enough.
- 3Transfer the amount. Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or SadaPay — whichever suits you. Pick a method below and the details appear.
- 4Send us the screenshot on WhatsApp. One message to +92 340 0450008 with the transfer receipt, your lab name and the plan you paid for.
- 5We activate your plan the same day. Everything you entered during the demo carries over — nothing is typed twice — and we send you a receipt. Your team keeps working in the same account.
What to transfer
There is no setup fee. Onboarding and configuration are included, so what you transfer is simply your plan price — nothing added, and nothing to be surprised by later.

Why the name is a person, not a company: every account here is in the name of our founder, Muhammad Qasim Ishtiaq — normal for a small business in Pakistan, and the mobile accounts sit on the same number you already reach us on for support. Check the title matches that name before you send. If it shows anything else, stop and message us first — never pay an account whose name you do not recognise.

Do I have to pay before I can try the software?
No. The free demo gives you every feature for 7 days with up to 10 patients and no card. You only pay once you have used it on your own tests and decided it fits.
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or SadaPay — whichever suits you. Transfer the amount, send us the receipt screenshot on WhatsApp with your lab name and plan, and we activate your plan the same day.
Is there a card payment or auto-renewal?
No. Billing is manual on purpose — there is no card on file and nothing renews automatically. You pay monthly or yearly by transfer, and we remind you before your plan expires.
What exactly do I transfer the first time?
Your plan price with no setup fee. On monthly billing that is PKR 12,000 for Basic and PKR 20,000 for Medium; Premium is quoted on your branch and staff count. After the first payment you pay only the plan price.
Do I lose the work I did in the demo when I pay?
No. Your demo workspace becomes your paid workspace — the patients, tests and settings you entered while evaluating all carry over, so nothing is typed twice.
How do I know the account I am paying is really yours?
The account title is shown next to the number, and it matches the business you are buying from. Check the name before you transfer, and if anything does not match, stop and message us on WhatsApp first.
