How billing works
Payment is simple and manual — no card required. You pay monthly or yearly by bank transfer (or however suits you), and we activate or extend your plan the same day. Yearly billing saves you 30% on any plan. We'll remind you before anything expires, and your demo data carries over when you upgrade.
There is no setup fee. Onboarding, configuration and ongoing maintenance are included in your plan, so the monthly or yearly price is the whole cost — no one-time charges, and nothing else to pay.

The three plans below are for the cloud edition. The offline edition — the same software installed on your own Windows PC with no internet — is licensed separately, with a 30-day evaluation on a fresh install; message us on WhatsApp for its licence terms and price.

Which plan fits your lab?
- Basic — you print up to ~300 reports a month (roughly 10 a day) with a small front-desk team. Most single-room labs start here.
- Medium — you're past the 300-report mark, or you want inventory control, the analytics dashboard, the letterhead designer or doctor referral commission tracking. The most popular plan for busy labs and clinics.
- Premium — you run (or are opening) more than one location, need unlimited staff accounts, want previous-result comparison reports, or pay your referring doctors on an agreed price per test rather than a percentage share.
